Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.
 

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email. If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, follow our Return & Refund Policy once the product is delivered if you wish to return it.
 

This ensures that the process remains smooth while maintaining the integrity of your delivery.


Order Modification

We currently do not provide options to modify items or shipping addresses after an order is placed. If changes are required, you will need to cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
